Follow the signs as you walk along the waterfront, which will lead you to the path towards Victor Herbert Road. Once you reach Victor Herbert Road, turn left and continue walking for about 0.5 miles until you arrive at Captain Marney's Boat Rental located at 35 Victor Herbert Rd.

If you have a bike, start from the Lake Placid Village Center. Head northeast on Main Street and then turn left onto Saranac Avenue.
