Take exit 4 for NY-7 E toward Binghamton. Continue on NY-7 E for about 3 miles, then take the exit toward I-81 N. Merge onto I-81 N and follow for 1 mile. Take exit 4S for NY-12 S toward Binghamton. Continue on NY-12 S for 1.5 miles, then take a right onto Otsiningo Park Road. The park entrance will be on your right after about 0.5 miles.
