Once in Manhattan, follow signs for FDR Drive and take exit 1 toward South Street. Continue on South Street, and then turn left onto State Street. Follow State Street until you reach the Battery Park area and find parking nearby (note: parking can be expensive, typically around $30-$50 per day). From there, head towards the water where you will find the ferries to Governors Island, which is where Castle Williams is located.
