Continue walking until you reach the intersection of Montauk Highway and Route 27. Here, you will find a bus stop. Take the S92 bus towards New London and ask the driver to let you know when you reach Groton. Once you arrive in Groton, walk towards Park Ave & Monument St, which is approximately a 10-minute walk from the bus stop.

    If you prefer cycling, rent a bike from a local shop in Montauk. Start your ride heading north on Montauk Highway. Follow the highway, and continue until you reach Route 27. Turn right onto Route 27, and continue to follow it until you reach Groton. Once in Groton, navigate to Park Ave & Monument St using a GPS app on your phone for the most accurate route.

    From Montauk, you can take the Long Island Rail Road (LIRR) to New London. Once you arrive in New London, transfer to the Southeastern Connecticut Transit District (SCTD) bus service that goes to Groton. Make sure to check the schedule for the bus times.
