Getting There

• Subway

  To reach Hanover Square by subway, find the nearest subway station to your current location. If you're in Midtown, take the 4 or 5 train from Grand Central Station towards Bowling Green. Get off at the Wall Street station. Once you exit the station, walk east on Wall Street until you reach Hanover Square, which is just a couple of blocks away. The square is located at the intersection of Hanover Square and Pearl Street.

• Bus

  If you prefer to take a bus, look for the M15 bus line. You can catch it along 2nd Avenue or 1st Avenue. Head south until you reach Wall Street, then transfer to any bus heading towards the Financial District that stops near Hanover Square, such as the M20 or M22. Get off at the stop near Pearl Street, and you will see Hanover Square right in front of you.

  If you are staying nearby or prefer walking, check your location on a map app. From the South Street Seaport, head northwest on South Street towards Fulton Street. Turn left onto Fulton Street and then right onto Pearl Street, which will lead you directly to Hanover Square. It’s a pleasant walk, and you will pass various shops and cafes along the way.

• Taxi or Rideshare

  For a more direct option, you can hail a yellow taxi or use a rideshare app like Uber or Lyft. Simply enter 'Hanover Square, New York, NY' as your destination. The driver will take you directly to the square. Make sure to specify if you want to be dropped off closer to the corner of Hanover Square and Pearl Street for easy access.
