From any location in Jersey City, head to the nearest PATH train station. If you are near Journal Square, take the PATH train towards World Trade Center. If you're closer to Exchange Place, take the PATH train towards World Trade Center as well. Once you arrive at the World Trade Center Station, exit the train and follow the signs to the Oculus. From the Oculus, walk towards the northwest exit leading to Church Street. Continue walking straight for about 5 minutes, and then take a left on Liberty Street. Finally, walk for another 5 minutes until you reach Bowling Green, where the Alexander Hamilton U.S. Custom House is located at 1 Bowling Green.

If you’re near the waterfront in Jersey City, head to the Paulus Hook Ferry Terminal. Take the NY Waterway ferry towards Wall Street. Once you disembark at the Wall Street Pier, walk north along the waterfront towards the Battery Park area. Continue walking until you reach Bowling Green, which should take around 10 minutes. The Alexander Hamilton U.S. Custom House is at 1 Bowling Green.
