If you're on Staten Island, you can take the S40 or S44 bus to reach the Staten Island Zoo. The fare for the bus is $2.75, which you can pay using a MetroCard. After you get off at Broadway and Clove Rd, walk south on Broadway for about 5 minutes until you see the zoo entrance at 614 Broadway.

If you're near the Staten Island Railway station, take the train towards St. George. Get off at the St. George station, then transfer to the S40 or S44 bus. From the St. George station, board the bus and ride until you reach 'Broadway and Clove Rd.' Walk south on Broadway for approximately 5 minutes to reach the zoo. The train fare is also $2.75, payable via MetroCard.
