Getting There

  • Bus

    From the Staten Island Ferry Terminal, take the S74 or S76 bus towards the South Beach area. Buses leave frequently, and the fare is $2.75 (payable with a MetroCard). Ride the bus until you reach the stop at Fr Capodanno Blvd and Midland Ave. From there, walk east on Fr Capodanno Blvd for about 10 minutes to reach the Franklin D. Roosevelt Boardwalk and Beach.

  • Staten Island Railway and Bus

    Take the Staten Island Railway from St. George Station to the Great Kills Station. The ride takes about 30 minutes. Upon arriving at Great Kills Station, exit and transfer to the S54 or S76 bus. Board the bus and ride until you reach the stop at Fr Capodanno Blvd and Midland Ave. From there, walk east for approximately 10 minutes to arrive at the boardwalk and beach.
