Train
From the White Plains Metro-North Train Station, take the train on the New Haven Line towards Grand Central Terminal. Get off at the Secaucus Junction Station (around 30 minutes travel). From Secaucus Junction, transfer to a train on the North Jersey Coast Line towards Bay Head and get off at Harrison Station (about 10 minutes). Once you exit the station, walk northeast on Harrison Avenue towards Cape May Street, then turn left onto Cape May Street. Red Bull Arena will be on your right at 600 Cape May St.

From the White Plains Bus Terminal, take the NJ Transit Bus #320 towards Newark Penn Station. Stay on the bus until you reach the Harrison station stop (approximately 40 minutes). After you get off, walk southwest on Harrison Avenue towards Cape May Street. Turn right onto Cape May Street, and you will see Red Bull Arena at 600 Cape May St on your right.

If you are in White Plains, you can take a pleasant walk to the nearby train or bus stations. From the White Plains Metro-North Station, you can start your journey towards Red Bull Arena by first taking a train or bus as described above. However, if you prefer to walk, you can head to the nearest train station (approximately 1 mile away) and then catch a train to Harrison. The walk is scenic but will take around 20 minutes, which can be enjoyable if the weather is nice.
