From there, walk south on 7th Avenue for about 5 minutes until you reach Downing Street. Take a right onto Downing Street, and you will find Winston Churchill Square at 1 Downing St.

Head to the White Plains Metro-North Train Station. Take the Harlem Line train towards Grand Central Terminal. After about 35 minutes, get off at the 125th Street Station in Manhattan. From there, walk east on Christopher Street until you reach 7th Avenue, then turn left and walk north for one block to Downing Street. Winston Churchill Square will be on your right.
