From Yonkers, head to the Yonkers Metro-North station. Take the Hudson Line train towards Grand Central Terminal. The journey will take approximately 25 minutes. Once you arrive at Grand Central Terminal, follow the signs to the 42nd Street exit. After exiting, head west on 42nd Street until you reach 8th Avenue. Turn left on 8th Avenue and walk south until you reach 44th Street. Turn right on 44th Street, and you will find the Good Morning America Studios at 1500 W 44th St on your left.

You can take the Bee-Line Bus #1 from Yonkers. Board the bus at any stop along the route that heads towards the Bronx. Get off at the stop for the 242nd Street Subway Station. From there, take the 1 train downtown towards South Ferry. Ride until you reach the 42nd Street - Times Square station. Transfer to the 7 train and head towards Flushing. Get off at the 44th Street stop. Walk to the left on 44th Street for a few blocks to reach 1500 W 44th St.
