    Subway

    From Yonkers, walk to the Yonkers Metro North Station. Purchase a ticket for the Hudson Line towards Grand Central Terminal. Board the train and travel southbound for about 25 minutes. Disembark at the Harlem-125th Street station. Exit the station and head east on 125th Street. Continue walking until you reach Adam Clayton Powell Jr Blvd, then turn left. Walk north on Adam Clayton Powell Jr Blvd until you reach W 135th St. Turn right onto W 135th St, and the Harlem YMCA will be on your left at 180 W 135th St.

    Bus

    From the Yonkers Public Library, walk to the nearest bus stop at the corner of Main St and Warburton Ave. Take the Bee-Line Bus #1 towards the Bronx. Stay on the bus for about 30 minutes, then get off at the stop on 125th St and Adam Clayton Powell Jr Blvd. From there, walk east on 125th St, then turn left onto Adam Clayton Powell Jr Blvd. Walk north to W 135th St, turn right, and the Harlem YMCA will be on your left at 180 W 135th St.

Walk north along the Hudson River on the waterfront path until you reach the intersection of Warburton Ave and W 4th St. Turn left onto W 4th St and continue east until you reach the intersection with N Broadway. Walk east on 125th St until you come to Adam Clayton Powell Jr Blvd. Turn left and head north until you reach W 135th St, where the Harlem YMCA is located at 180 W 135th St.
