Stay on the bus for about 30 minutes and get off at the stop at 42nd Street and 8th Avenue in Manhattan. From there, transfer to the subway. Take the A or C train downtown towards Brooklyn. Get off at West 4th Street and transfer to the E train. Take the E train towards World Trade Center and get off at the 8th Avenue station. Walk north on 8th Avenue for about 5 minutes until you reach Wooster Street. Turn left onto Wooster Street, and you will see the Leslie-Lohman Museum of Art at 26 Wooster St.
