Train
From Yonkers, head to the Yonkers Metro-North train station located at 1 Alexander Street. Purchase a ticket to Grand Central Terminal in Manhattan. Take the Hudson Line train towards Grand Central. The journey takes about 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Grand Central, follow the signs to transfer to the 4, 5, or 6 subway lines. You can take the 4 or 5 downtown to Wall Street and transfer to the J or Z line towards Broad Street. Get off at the Chambers Street station, which is a short walk from the courthouse.

Catch the Bee-Line Bus #1 or #2 from the nearest bus stop in Yonkers. Make sure to check the schedule, as these buses run frequently. Ride the bus into Manhattan, and get off at the stop near the corner of Church Street and Chambers Street. From there, it's a short walk to the Manhattan Criminal Courthouse located at 100 Centre St.

If you are near the Yonkers Transit Center, take the 1 train subway line from the nearby station directly to 42nd Street – Times Square. From there, transfer to the 7 train and head to 34th Street – Hudson Yards. Transfer to the A, C, or E train downtown and get off at Chambers Street. The courthouse is within walking distance from this station.
