Begin your journey at Auckland's Central Bus Station. Take the bus route 391 towards 'Papakura' and disembark at 'Papakura Station'. From there, transfer to the bus route 2 towards 'Drury'. Get off at the 'Drury' stop and then catch the bus route 4 towards 'Manukau Heads'. You will arrive at the 'Manukau Heads' stop. From there, it's a short 20-minute walk to the lighthouse, following the signs for 'Manukau Heads Lighthouse'.

Walking - From Drury
If you prefer, after reaching Drury, you can opt to walk the remaining distance to the lighthouse. Head southwest on Great South Road (State Highway 1) until you reach Manukau Heads Road. Turn left onto Manukau Heads Road and continue for approximately 8 kilometers until you reach the lighthouse located at 759 Manukau Heads Road. This walk will take about 2 hours, so ensure you have plenty of water and wear comfortable shoes.

Start by taking a train from Auckland's Britomart Station to 'Papakura' on the Southern Line. Once you arrive at Papakura Station, transfer to the bus route 2 towards 'Drury'. Get off at 'Drury' and then catch the bus route 4 towards 'Manukau Heads'. Disembark at the 'Manukau Heads' stop and walk for about 20 minutes to reach the lighthouse.
