    If you're driving from Paihia, head south on the Puketona Road and take the first exit onto State Highway 10. Continue on SH10 for approximately 12 kilometers until you reach the junction with State Highway 1. Turn left onto SH1 and continue for about 3 kilometers. Look for Waiomio Road on your right. Turn onto Waiomio Road and follow it for about 1.5 kilometers. The Kawiti Glowworm Caves will be on your left at 49 Waiomio Road, Waiomio 0243. There is ample parking available on-site.

    If you're using public transportation, take a bus from Paihia to Kawakawa. The bus ride will take around 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Kawakawa, you will need to arrange for a taxi to take you to Kawiti Glowworm Caves, which is approximately 15 kilometers away. The taxi will cost around NZD 30-40.
