Car
From Fox Glacier, head south on State Highway 6 (SH6) towards Franz Josef. After approximately 24 kilometers, turn left onto Mount Cook Road (SH80) and continue for about 54 kilometers. You will reach Aoraki/Mount Cook National Park. Once in the park, follow the signs to Glacier Explorers, located on Terrace Road. Parking is available onsite, but there may be a parking fee.
Public Transportation
Take a bus from Fox Glacier to Aoraki/Mount Cook National Park. The journey typically takes around 1.5 hours. Make sure to check the bus schedule in advance as services may not run frequently. Once you arrive at Aoraki/Mount Cook Village, you can walk or take a short taxi ride to Glacier Explorers, located on Terrace Road. Keep in mind that you may need to book your bus tickets in advance.
Shuttle Service
Consider booking a shuttle service from Fox Glacier to Glacier Explorers. Several tour companies operate in the area and can provide door-to-door service.
