If you are starting from Napier's city center, begin at the intersection of Emerson Street and Tennyson Street. Head south down Tennyson Street until you reach the intersection with Market Street. Turn left onto Market Street and continue walking for about 5 minutes. You will find the Art Deco Street Monument located at 2/8 Market Street on your right-hand side. From the Napier Intercity Bus Terminal, exit the terminal and head southeast on Dalton Street. Walk for about 5 minutes until you reach the bus stop on the corner of Dalton Street and Tennyson Street. Take the bus number 12 that goes towards Westshore. Get off at the bus stop on Market Street. From there, walk back about 2 minutes north along Market Street until you see the Art Deco Street Monument located at 2/8 Market Street.
