If you are driving from Whangarei, take State Highway 1 (SH1) north toward Kerikeri. After approximately 60 km, take the exit toward Kerikeri on SH10. Continue on SH10 for about 21 km until you reach Kerikeri. Once in Kerikeri, turn left onto Landing Road (look for the sign to the waterfall) and follow it for about 2.5 km. You will find Charlie's Rock Waterfall at the end of Landing Road. Be aware that parking may be limited, so arrive early.

To reach Charlie's Rock Waterfall using public transportation, take a bus from Whangarei to Kerikeri. This bus service is operated by Northland Regional Council's bus network. Once you arrive in Kerikeri, you can take a taxi or rideshare service to 160 Landing Road, which is the nearest address to the waterfall. Please check the bus schedules in advance, as they may vary. Expect to pay around NZD 10-20 for the bus fare, and additional costs for the taxi or rideshare.

If you are already in Kerikeri, you can walk to Charlie's Rock Waterfall from the center of town. Start by heading west on Kerikeri Road, then turn onto Landing Road.
