From Dunedin City Center, head southeast on George St toward Stuart St. Continue onto State Highway 1 (SH1) and follow it for about 25 km. Take the exit toward Portobello Rd. Follow Portobello Rd for approximately 19 km until you reach the turn-off for Okia Flat. Follow the signs to Victory Beach. There is limited parking available near the beach, so be sure to arrive early, especially during peak tourist season.
