From Paihia, walk to the Paihia bus stop located on the main road, near the i-SITE Visitor Centre. Look for the bus service that heads towards Ōkaihau. Purchase a ticket from the driver or at the i-SITE. The bus ride will take approximately 30-40 minutes. Ask the driver to let you know when to get off at the stop closest to Puketi Road.

Once you arrive at the bus stop near Puketi Road, disembark and head towards Puketi Road. Turn left onto Puketi Road and continue walking for about 1.5 kilometers. You will walk through scenic rural surroundings. Keep an eye out for the Adventure Puketi sign on your right. The entrance to the site will be located at 476 Puketi Road.
