Getting There

Walking
From the center of Queenstown, head towards the Queenstown Gardens. Walk through the gardens and continue towards the waterfront. Follow the shoreline of Lake Wakatipu until you reach the Queenstown Wharf. From the wharf, look for the signs directing you to the Glenorchy-Queenstown Road. You will be walking along a scenic pathway that leads to the road. Once you reach the road, continue walking in the direction of Glenorchy. Keep walking for approximately 10 kilometers along this road. Lookout Point is situated on the Glenorchy-Queenstown Road, near Mount Creighton, and will be on your left side.
