Walking
If you are in downtown Rotorua, start at the Rotorua i-SITE Visitor Centre located at 1170 Fenton Street. From there, head east on Fenton Street towards the intersection with Pukuatua Street. Turn left onto Pukuatua Street and continue straight until you reach the intersection with James Street. Turn right onto James Street. Walk for about 5 minutes (approximately 400 meters), and you will find The Heart of Rotorua at 55A James Street, Glenholme.

From the Rotorua i-SITE Visitor Centre, walk to the nearest bus stop on Fenton Street. Catch the number 1 bus towards Glenholme. Stay on the bus for about 10 minutes, and get off at the stop on James Street. Walk back a short distance (around 100 meters) towards 55A James Street, where The Heart of Rotorua is located.
