Walking
If you are starting from the Rotorua i-SITE Visitor Centre located at 1167 Fenton Street, exit the i-SITE and head south on Fenton Street. Continue straight for about 1.3 kilometers until you reach the intersection with Hinemaru Street. Turn left onto Hinemaru Street and walk for another 300 meters. Crash Palace Backpackers will be on your right at 1271 Hinemaru Street.

Make your way to the nearest bus stop. If you are near the Rotorua i-SITE, walk to the bus stop on Fenton Street. Board Bus Route 1 or 2 towards the city center. Stay on the bus for about 5 minutes and get off at the 'Hinemaru Street / Pukuatua Street' stop. From there, walk down Hinemaru Street for approximately 150 meters, and you will find Crash Palace Backpackers at 1271 Hinemaru Street on your left.
