Getting There

• Car

  If you're driving from Tauranga, take State Highway 36 (SH36) towards Rotorua. Continue on SH36 for about 30 kilometers until you reach the junction with State Highway 5 (SH5). Turn left onto SH5 and follow it for another 20 kilometers. As you approach Rotorua, take the exit towards Fenton Street. The Rotorua Tourist Attractions are located at 296 Fenton Street, Glenholme, Rotorua 3010. Parking is available in the area.

  For those using public transportation, you can catch a Bayhopper bus from various locations in Tauranga to Rotorua. The bus will take approximately 1.5 hours, depending on the route. Make sure to check the current bus schedules and routes on the Bay of Plenty Regional Council website. Once you arrive at the Rotorua bus station, it's a short 5-minute walk to Fenton Street. Head east on Amohau Street, then turn right onto Fenton Street, and you will find the attractions at 296 Fenton Street.

  If you prefer a more direct route, consider taking a taxi or rideshare service like Uber from your location in Bay of Plenty. The fare will depend on your starting point but expect to pay around NZD 80-120 from Tauranga to Rotorua. The journey will take about 1-1.5 hours, depending on traffic.
