If you are in the city center of Timaru, start at the Timaru i-SITE Visitor Centre located at 1 George Street. From there, head southeast on George Street towards Stafford Street. Turn right onto Stafford Street and continue for about 500 meters until you reach the intersection with the State Highway 1 (SH1). Cross the road and walk along the southern side of SH1 towards the coast. Continue along the pathway, which will lead you toward Caroline Bay. Follow the signs for Caroline Bay, and you will find yourself at the entrance of Caroline Bay Association located at Virtue Avenue, Timaru Port.
