If you are in the central area of Timaru, start at the Timaru i-SITE Visitor Information Centre, located at 1/2 George Street. From there, head south on George Street towards the intersection with Stafford Street. Turn left onto Stafford Street and continue walking until you reach the intersection with Strathallan Street. Turn right onto Strathallan Street. Continue along Strathallan Street until you reach the intersection with The Bay Hill. Turn left onto The Bay Hill and continue walking until you reach the intersection with Marine Parade. Turn right onto Marine Parade and walk towards the coast. The Trevor Griffiths Rose Garden is located at 7910 Timaru Port, just a short distance ahead, situated within the Timaru Port area.
