If you are starting at the Whanganui Riverfront, head south on the Riverwalk towards the city center. Continue along the river until you reach the main street, Victoria Avenue. Turn left onto Victoria Avenue and walk until you reach the intersection with Bell Street. Turn right onto Bell Street and proceed until you reach Queens Park. The Carillon is located within Queens Park, which is easily identifiable by its beautiful gardens and open spaces.

From the Whanganui Bus Depot, take Bus Route 1 towards Gonville. Get off at the stop on Victoria Avenue near the intersection with Bell Street. From there, walk down Bell Street towards Queens Park. The Carillon is located within the park, which is directly ahead as you walk down Bell Street.

If you have access to a bicycle, start at the Whanganui Riverfront and take the scenic Riverwalk south. When you reach the main road, Victoria Avenue, turn left and cycle along it until you reach Bell Street. Turn right onto Bell Street and continue riding until you enter Queens Park.
