After about a 15-minute walk, you will find the Hundertwasser Art Centre with Wairau Māori Art Gallery at 81 Dent Street, right on your left.

From the Whangarei Bus Station located at 9-11 Finlayson Street, take the bus route that goes towards the CBD. Request to get off at the closest stop to Dent Street. Once you disembark, walk a short distance down Dent Street. The Hundertwasser Art Centre with Wairau Māori Art Gallery will be located at 81 Dent Street, which is just a few minutes' walk from most bus stops in the area.
