If you are starting from the Whangarei Town Basin, walk along the waterfront promenade heading east. You will pass several cafes and shops. Continue straight until you reach Dent Street, where you will see signs for Claphams National Clock Museum. Turn left onto Dent Street and walk for about 100 meters. The museum will be on your right at Quayside.

Public Transport - Bus
From the Whangarei Bus Station, take any bus that heads towards the Town Basin area. Inform the driver that you are going to the Town Basin. Once you arrive at the Town Basin stop, exit the bus and walk towards Dent Street. The Claphams National Clock Museum is approximately a 5-minute walk from the bus stop. Head east along the waterfront promenade and turn left onto Dent Street. The museum will be on your right.

If you are renting a bicycle, head towards the Whangarei Town Basin from your location. Follow the cycle paths along the waterfront. Once you reach the Town Basin, you can cycle along the promenade until you reach Dent Street. Turn left onto Dent Street, and you will find Claphams National Clock Museum on your right.
