Car
If you're driving to Selvista Guesthouses, start from Moyogalpa, the main port town on Ometepe Island. Head southeast on the main road (Carretera) towards Balgüe. After about 20 minutes, you will reach the town of Balgüe. Look for the sign for Puente Balgüe (Balgüe Bridge) and turn left. Continue for about 500 meters past the bridge, and you will find Selvista Guesthouses on your right.

From Moyogalpa, you can take a local bus heading towards Balgüe. Buses are frequent and cost approximately 30 Córdoba. Request to be dropped off at Puente Balgüe. From the bridge, walk approximately 500 meters east along the road, and you will reach Selvista Guesthouses on your right. The walk should take about 10 minutes.

If you prefer a more direct route, you can hire a taxi from Moyogalpa to Selvista Guesthouses. The fare is around 200-300 Córdoba, depending on negotiation.
