From the Foothills area, head east on US-421 N. Continue for approximately 20 miles. Take exit 240 for US-52 S toward Winston-Salem. Merge onto US-52 S and continue for about 7 miles. Take exit 112B for I-40 E toward Greensboro. Stay on I-40 E for about 2 miles, then take exit 203A for US-52 N toward Winston-Salem. Merge onto US-52 N and take exit 112 for 5th St. Turn right onto 5th St, then take another right onto S Main St. The Historic Town of Salem will be on your left at 600 S Main St, Winston-Salem, NC 27101. Parking is available in nearby lots, which may incur a fee.
