Getting There

    If you are driving, start from the Sugarlands Visitor Center located at 1420 Fighting Creek Gap Road, Gatlinburg, TN 37738. From the visitor center, head west on Fighting Creek Gap Road for about 0.6 miles. Merge onto US-441 S towards Pigeon Forge and continue for approximately 12 miles. Take a slight right onto TN-73 W, which will lead you into the park. After you enter the park, follow signs for Cades Cove Loop Road. Continue on Cades Cove Loop Road for about 14 miles, and you will find Tipton Place located on the right side of the road.

  • Public Transportation

    Currently, there are limited public transportation options available directly to Tipton Place. However, you can take a shuttle from Gatlinburg to Cades Cove through the Great Smoky Mountains National Park shuttle service. Once you arrive at Cades Cove, it’s a scenic walk of about 0.5 miles to reach Tipton Place.
