Turn left onto 3rd Ave NE. Continue walking straight for about 0.3 miles. The Catawba Science Center will be on your right at 243 3rd Ave NE. Look for the building with the large sign.

From the Hickory Transit Station located at 333 1st Ave SW, board the Route 1 bus towards the Catawba Valley Community College. Stay on the bus for about 15 minutes and get off at the stop closest to 3rd Ave NE. Walk east on 3rd Ave NE for about 0.1 miles, and you will see the Catawba Science Center on your left at 243 3rd Ave NE.
