Follow US-220 S for about 20 miles until you reach Asheboro. Take the exit for Zoo Parkway (NC-159) and follow the signs to the North Carolina Zoo located at 4401 Zoo Pkwy, Asheboro, NC 27205. Parking is available at the zoo for a fee of around $10.
