    Start at the Cavalier City Hall located at 201 East Main Street, Cavalier, ND 58220. From City Hall, head east on Main Street for about three blocks until you reach 4th Avenue. Turn left on 4th Avenue and walk north until you reach the intersection with Highway 5.

    At the intersection of 4th Avenue and Highway 5, turn right onto Highway 5. Continue walking east along Highway 5. Be cautious as this is a busy road; try to stay on the side with a sidewalk.

    After approximately 3 miles on Highway 5, you will see the entrance sign for Icelandic State Park on your right. The park address is 13571 ND-5, Cavalier, ND 58220. Follow the path leading into the park, and you will arrive at your destination.
