From Bergen city center, walk to the 'Bergen Bus Station' (Bergen Busstasjon). Here, you can catch the bus number 100 towards 'Frekhaug'. The bus ride will take approximately 40 minutes. Make sure to get off at the 'Frekhaug' bus stop. From there, you will need to walk about 1.5 kilometers to reach Salhusfjorden. Follow the signs towards 'Salhus', and enjoy the scenic views along the way.

Ferry and Bus
Start your journey at the 'Bergen Fish Market' (Fisketorget). From here, take a ferry from 'Bergen Hurtigruten' to 'Frekhaug'. The ferry ride takes about 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Frekhaug, exit the ferry and catch the bus number 100 towards 'Bergen'. You will get off at the 'Frekhaug' bus stop. From there, it is a short 1.5-kilometer walk to Salhusfjorden. Follow the signs leading to 'Salhus' for beautiful views along the coast.

If you prefer biking, you can rent a bike from one of the rental shops in Bergen city center. Take the cycle path towards 'Frekhaug', which is about 12 kilometers away. The route is mostly flat and offers beautiful scenery along the way. Once you arrive in Frekhaug, follow the signs to Salhusfjorden, approximately 1.5 kilometers from the town center.
