From the city center, make your way to the 'Bergen Bus Station' (Bergen Busstasjon). Look for the bus numbers 12 or 15 that head towards 'Ulriken'. Board the bus and stay on until you reach the stop 'Ulriken'. From the bus stop, follow the signs pointing towards 'Ulriksbanen' which is a short walk up the hill.

If you prefer to walk, start at the 'Fish Market' (Fisketorget) in the city center. Head northeast towards 'Strandgaten' and follow it until you reach 'Bergenhus Fortress' (Bergenhus Festning). Then, continue along 'Rådhusgaten' and take a right onto 'Haukelandsbakken'. Follow this road uphill for approximately 30 minutes until you arrive at 'Ulriksbanen'.

Funicular
Another option is to take the Fløibanen funicular from 'Fløibanen Station', which is also in the city center. Ride up to the top of Mount Fløyen and enjoy the view. From there, you can hike towards 'Ulriken' by following the marked trails, which will take around 1.5 hours. Make sure to wear comfortable shoes and bring water, as the hike can be steep.
