If you are in Hemsedal, start by heading east on the main road, RV 52. Continue on RV 52 for about 30 kilometers until you reach Gol. As you approach Gol, watch for signs indicating Hahaugvegen. Turn right onto Hahaugvegen and continue straight for about 2 kilometers. The Gol Stavkyrkje will be on your right at Hahaugvegen 25.

If taking the local bus, ask the driver to drop you off at the nearest stop to Hahaugvegen. From there, walk approximately 2 kilometers along Hahaugvegen, and you will find the Gol Stavkyrkje on your right.
