Car
If you're driving in Lofoten, head towards Svolvær. From the E10 highway, follow signs for Svolvær until you reach the town center. Once in Svolvær, navigate to Torget 18, where Visit Lofoten is located. There is roadside parking available, but be aware of any parking fees that may apply.
Public Transportation (Bus)
To reach Visit Lofoten by public transportation, take a bus to Svolvær from other locations in Lofoten, such as Leknes or Reine. Buses are operated by Lofoten Reisebyrå and typically run multiple times a day. Once you arrive at the Svolvær bus station, it's a short walk to Visit Lofoten at Torget 18. Ensure you check the bus schedules online as they may vary seasonally.
Walking
If you are already in Svolvær, you can easily walk to Visit Lofoten. From the center of Svolvær, head towards the waterfront, and you will find Torget 18 located near the harbor. It should take you about 10-15 minutes on foot, making it a pleasant stroll with views of the surrounding landscape.
Taxi
If you prefer a more direct route, consider taking a taxi. Taxis can be hailed in Svolvær or booked via local taxi services. The ride from anywhere in Svolvær to Visit Lofoten at Torget 18 should be relatively short and will cost approximately 100-200 NOK, depending on your pickup location.
