If you are traveling by car, start from Bodø, which is about 100 km away. Take the E6 highway south towards Fauske. After about 30 km, take the exit towards Steigen (Fv 17). Continue on Fv 17 for approximately 60 km until you reach the town of Våg. Follow the signs towards Engeløya, and you will find Bøsanden located a few meters from the parking area. Parking is available nearby, and it is free of charge.
