From Grünerløkka, you can take the tram line 11 or 12 from the nearest tram stop, Schous Plass. Board the tram heading towards Majorstuen. After a ride of about 5 minutes, get off at the stop called Bislett. From there, it's a brief walk of approximately 5 minutes to The Viking Garden, which is at 0562 Oslo.
