    Walking

    If you are in the heart of Grünerløkka, head towards the river Akerselva. Start on Thorvald Meyers gate and walk north. Once you reach the intersection with Bislett, turn left (west) onto Hans Nielsen Hauges gate. Continue walking straight until you see the sign for Nedre foss, which will guide you right down to the riverside. This should take you about 10-15 minutes, depending on your starting point.

    Bicycle

    Grünerløkka is very bike-friendly. Rent a bike from one of the local bike-sharing services if you do not have one. Start on Thorvald Meyers gate and head towards the river Akerselva. Follow the bike path along the river towards Nedre foss. This route is scenic and should take approximately 5-10 minutes. Make sure to return your bike at the designated bike stations near Nedre foss.

    Public Transport

    You can take tram number 11 or 12 from Schous Plass (a central point in Grünerløkka). Board the tram heading towards Majorstuen or Bislett. Get off at the next stop, which is 'Bislett'. From there, walk down to Akerselva, and follow the river south until you reach Nedre foss. This journey should take around 15-20 minutes, including the tram ride.
