If you are in the central area of Sentrum, you can easily reach Stortings plass by walking. Head towards Karl Johans gate, which is a major street running through the heart of Oslo. Walk along Karl Johans gate in the direction of the Royal Palace. After about 10-15 minutes of walking, you will see Stortings plass on your left, right in front of the Storting (Parliament) building. The park area is a great spot to relax and enjoy the surroundings.
