Walking
Starting from Oslo Central Station (Oslo S), exit the station and head towards the main street, Karl Johans gate. Walk west along Karl Johans gate for about 10 minutes. You will pass the National Theatre on your left. Continue straight until you reach the Parliament (Stortinget) building on your left. Keep walking straight for another 5 minutes until you see the City Hall (Rådhuset) building, which is a large red brick structure. The Fountains at City Hall Square are located directly in front of the City Hall, surrounded by green spaces.

Public Transport (Tram)
From any location in Sentrum, locate the nearest tram stop, such as 'Stortorvet' or 'Jernbanetorget'. Take tram line 12 or 13 towards 'Majorstuen'. After 2 stops, get off at 'Rådhuset' station. Once you exit the tram, the City Hall will be directly in front of you. The Fountains at City Hall Square are situated in the area surrounding the City Hall.

Find the nearest bus stop in Sentrum, such as 'Jernbanetorget' or 'Stortorvet'. Take bus number 30 towards 'Bjørvika'. After 3 stops, disembark at 'Rådhuset' stop. From there, walk towards the City Hall, which will be directly visible. The Fountains at City Hall Square can be found in front of the City Hall building.
