Walking
If you are starting from the Oslo City Hall (Rådhuset), which is a central landmark in Sentrum, exit the building and head towards the waterfront. Walk along the promenade next to the water. Continue along the waterfront for about 5 minutes until you reach Rådhusbrygge 4. Viewpoint Pier Oslo is located here, and you will see the pier extending into the fjord, where you can enjoy beautiful views of the water and surrounding areas.

From the nearest tram stop, Jernbanetorget, take tram number 12 towards Majorstuen. Get off at the stop called Rådhuset. From there, walk towards the waterfront, which is just a short 5-minute walk. Look for Rådhusbrygge 4; Viewpoint Pier Oslo will be located at this address. Note that a single ticket for the tram costs around 38 NOK, and you can purchase it at ticket machines located at the tram stop.
