If you are traveling by car, you can access Kongeparken from the E39 motorway. From Stavanger, head southeast on E39 for about 20 km. Take the exit towards Ålgård (Route 44). Continue on Route 44 until you reach Ålgård, then follow Kongsgata. Kongeparken will be on your left at Kongsgata 20, 4331 Ålgård. Parking is available on-site, and there may be a parking fee depending on the time of year.

To reach Kongeparken via public transportation, start by taking a train from Stavanger to Ålgård. Trains run frequently, and the journey takes about 25 minutes. Once you arrive at Ålgård station, exit the station and walk towards Kongsgata. It’s approximately a 15-minute walk (1.2 km). Follow Kongsgata directly to Kongeparken at Kongsgata 20. Be sure to check the train schedules in advance as they may vary.
