Walking
Starting from the center of Trondheim, head east towards the Nidaros Cathedral. The cathedral is a prominent landmark, so it's an easy reference point. Once you reach the cathedral, continue on Bispegata street until you reach the junction with Munkegata. Turn left onto Munkegata and continue straight until you reach the intersection with Kjøpmannsgata. Den Siste Viking is located at the address 7011 Trondheim, near the intersection of Munkegata and Kjøpmannsgata. Look for the sculpture as you approach the area.
Public Transport
If you're near the Trondheim Public Library (Trondheim Folkebibliotek), you can take bus number 1 or 3 towards Ekkertveit. Get off at the stop called 'Kjøpmannsgata'. From the bus stop, walk west along Kjøpmannsgata until you reach the junction with Munkegata. Den Siste Viking will be on your right. The bus ride takes approximately 5-10 minutes depending on traffic.
Bicycle
If you're renting a bike in Trondheim, start from the city center and head towards the riverbank. Follow the bike path along the Nidelva River. When you reach the bridge (Kongens Gate), cross the river and continue straight. Follow the signs for Munkegata. As you approach the intersection with Kjøpmannsgata, Den Siste Viking will be visible ahead. The bike ride from the city center should take about 15-20 minutes.
