From Trondheim Central Station, head southeast on Kongens gate. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Prinsens gate. Turn left onto Prinsens gate and continue walking until you reach the intersection with Munkegata. Turn right onto Munkegata and continue straight until you reach Tordenskioldsparken.

Take bus number 3 towards Lohove from the stop at Munkegata (in front of the Central Station). Get off at the Tordenskioldsparken stop. The park will be right in front of you as you exit the bus.
