Car
From Voss, head north on E16 towards Bergen. After approximately 30 kilometers, take the exit toward Modalen/Skjervet (Road 570). Continue on Road 570 for about 20 kilometers until you reach the village of Modalen. Once in Modalen, follow the signs for Bergsåa waterfall. The final stretch to the waterfall requires a short hike of about 1 kilometer along a marked trail. Parking is available in Modalen, but be cautious of road conditions, especially in winter.

Take a bus from Voss to Modalen. The bus departs from Voss bus station and runs several times a day. The journey takes approximately 45 minutes. Once you arrive in Modalen, you will need to walk to the waterfall. The hike is approximately 1 kilometer along a marked trail. Make sure to check the bus schedule ahead of time, as return buses may be limited in the evening.
